Wines and spirits Mirabeau

Overlooked by the Mourre-Nègre mountain and set just outside the village of Mirabeau, Château de Clapier has been a family estate since 1880, covering 35 hectares. Independent winemaker Thomas Montagne creates 12 highly individual AOP Luberon wines, such as Cuvée Soprano, a unique blend of Syrah, Grenache noir and... Pinot noir (Gold Medal at the Concours des Grands Vins de Mâcon). Other fine bottles to discover include the Cuvée Tessiture, a micro-cuvée with an intense nose of macerated black fruit that sums up the winemaker's work. Picnics and concerts are organized at the estate during the summer.
