The Domaine is a wine-growing property of 37 hectares spread over three communes: Mazan, Mormoiron and Saint-Pierre-de-Vassols. Exploited by Nanou Barthélemy and his son Sébastien Vincenti, working without herbicides or chemical products, it is recognised both by the quality of its wines and by the sense of reception, as the reference of the designation Ventoux. Developed in the three colours, the wines are of good value for money, including Nature 2010, a red made and bouteille bottled, and Persia 2008 (90% syrah, 10% mourvèdre) which offers a deep and concentrated red.
