Wines and spirits Louchy-Montfand

It was around the^16th-century family home that the first parcels of the estate were cultivated. Today, the estate covers 19 hectares, spread over several communes in the Saint-Pourçain AOC. Today, Benoît and Cédric Bonvin, winegrower-growers, produce their wines with passion and know-how, white wines with Cuvée Aurélie and Réserve de la Sourde, red wines like Cuvée Bourbonnaise, Cuvée des Créchoux, Cuvée des Hautes Vignes, rosé wines like Cuvée estivale and a traditional method for white and rosé.

Owned by the Brest family, Caves de la Causerie is the oldest winery in the Saint-Pourcinois region, and also the only one that still harvests and crushes its grapes by hand. These manual harvests are the pride of the winery. AOC wines include red and white fût de chêne, ratafia and fine d'Auvergne, not forgetting the bubbles of La Causerie, a sparkling wine made using the Champagne method, the house's prestige! On site, a hard stand has been set up to accommodate two campervans for the harvest.
