Things to see and do Louchy-Montfand

Visit the Caves Bonvin of Cédric and Benoît, winegrowers-pickers. They produce white wines cuvée Aurélie and Réserve de la Sourde, a red cuvée Bourbonnaise, a rosé and a traditional method. The Caves de la Causerie belonging to the Brest family are the oldest wineries in Saint-Pourcinois, and are also the only ones that still do the harvesting by hand and hand-pulling. These manual harvests are the pride of the winery. To be discovered: the red and white oak barrels, the ratafia, the fine d'Auvergne, and the bubbles of the Causerie.
