La louche à beurre is a friendly restaurant in Loumarin, featuring homemade dishes and great local wines.
It is an institution in Lourmarin, the locals are numerous to hurry there all year long, at the corner of the hearth in winter... because the winters are rigorous in Luberon, it is what makes the charm of this Provence of the interior and of this convivial and cordial table in all the directions of the term. We love the setting, the grilled meats, the small gratins, the small and great local wines, the homemade desserts, the efficient service. As soon as the weather is fine, the atmosphere becomes lighter and the plates are adorned with sun-drenched vegetables.

Si vous voulez passer une moment chaleureux en mangeant le meilleur tartare de la région alors c'est là que vous devez aller. Les enfants adorent!

A cute place a bit outside of the main restaurant area which was very welcome and quiet. The food was delicious - do try the tartar! Service was the best I have experienced in the village of Lourmarin.

Accueil au top, endroit très agréable. Dommage que le plat "viande sur pierre chaude" (pierrade) n'est pas très copieux. Nous avons donc redemandé de l'accompagement????

Haben uns auf schönes Abendessen gefreut. Die Location ist sehr schön im provenzalischen Stil. Das Essen Cote du Boef war das schlimmste war ich jemals in einem Restaurant serviert bekommen habe.
