Grilled meat and Corsican specialties in a nice setting with terrace in the heart of Lourmarin.
Located right in the heart of Lourmarin, Café de la Fontaine is there at any time of day to satisfy your appetite or just quench your thirst. The atmosphere is always festive, with the chef working on truffle raggatoni or a delicious rib-eye steak before your very eyes. We tried the tuna steak with Thai sauce, which was a delight. You can also indulge in Corsican specialties based on charcuterie, cheese and wine. The decor is totally 19th-century bistro. You can find privacy in the small upper room or enjoy the sunshine on the terrace.

Un accueil chaleureux avec une équipe qui s'entend bien. On a très bien mangé la première fois et cette fois ci apéro cocktail. Une planche charcuterie /fromage délicieuse et des cocktails très fins.

Nous avons passé une excellente soirée, ambiance ultra festive et clientele très agréable. En plus, il y avait un saxophoniste et plusieurs DJs qui ont mis une ambiance de folie! Sans doute le lieu le plus festif du village. Merci encore!

The restaurant is located right in the center of the charming village of Lourmarin. We had a nice table on the terrace sitting in the lovely sun of Provence. Covers are provided to keep you warm. We were served a delicious white wine and a typical dish of the region « souris d’agneau confite ». The service was excellent. I would recommend to stop particularly outside the high season to enjoy the peaceful charm of the village.

Excellent accueil. Nous avons eu le temps de prendre tranquillement notre apéritif ainsi que notre planche à partager. Puis on nous a pris la commande pour le repas et le dessert. Vraiment je suis ravi et je vous recommande ce restaurant.
