Among the passions of Fanny, the château's owner, is one - whisky - inherited from her grandfather, a winemaker-distiller, which she shares with Jean-Baptiste, a young whisky oenologist. These whiskies have a taste of home, as each cuvée is created with a cereal that is emblematic of Haute-Provence: petit épeautre (spelt), sourced from local producers and grown according to organic farming principles.
