Emmanuel Champion uses local produce in bistronomic recipes. In spring, green asparagus au gratin with parmesan accompanies roast saddle of lamb. In summer, the wild fish of the moment and its sun-drenched vegetables flatter gourmet palates. At the first signs of winter, the menu expands to include game dishes and Luberon truffles. Sylvie recommends local wines at very reasonable prices. The setting of this village house has character, the atmosphere is hushed, and you almost feel as if you're in a guest house.
