Chic bistro-style restaurant serving fresh produce, including vegetables from local producers
A fine discovery is Petite Histoire, a chic bistro-style restaurant on the outskirts of Apt, on the road to Gargas at a place called Le Chêne. Laurent Canton-Bacara officiates behind the stove. Laurent is a local, having worked in Bonnieux and Lacoste, but he's also worked in Mandelieu and Théoule-sur-Mer. In the kitchen, fresh produce, a basket of vegetables from the farmer next door, and it all smells as you approach the passe-plat. Epicureans will enjoy a good old rum as a digestive.

Très bon menu proposé, avec une grande satisfaction pour l'onglet qui fond en bouche ???????????????????????? et le tiramisu qui émerveille les papilles. Service rapide et sympathique. ????????
