Restaurant working with a chef and a pastry chef to awaken the flavors of yesteryear.
The location plays the charm of the countryside and there is no false note to start with the sight, which is sublime. The restaurant, however, perched atop the ramparts in the old village, is rather wise to park before entering. A kitchen chef and a cook who show us that you can combine the classic and the original. They awaken ancient flavours like the chicory caramélisée with orange and hare for its flambées flambées! For lunch, it also plays the small appetite map by offering a market base, which is very pleasant for days of sunshine. This is definitely one of the real addresses of the department with excellent value for money.

C'est un endroit où il faut s'arrêter impérativement ????????????????
Nous avons mangé dans la la salle principale, entre le bruit des couverts que les les serveuses ranges, la cuisine trop bruyante et en fin de service, voir les poubelles passés, le nettoyage des cuisines, c est bien dommage pour un établissement qui souhaite une étoile.
Peut être une critique sur l'entrée du foie gras qui manque un peu de personnalisation.
Sinon au top !
