We love the goat, it's sure, but sometimes you want to get out of the paths of Provence to rediscover the more pronounced flavours of cheeses from the rest of France. These dairies are real professionals and their products are excellent. Reblochon, picodon, tomme, Saint-Félicien: cream cream. The breakfast area is equally attractive with sausages from Lyon, Morteau and Briochés sausages. You can come with your eyes closed because the smiling and relaxed service ends up putting you in a frenzy!
