Master chocolatier, confectioner, pastry chef, ice-cream maker... Yannick Jaume worked for ten years at Gazotti in Carpentras. Here, he made a name for himself with his "Melonnette" (registered trademark since 1995), a melon-flavored ganache that was a great success right from the start. The new, larger site features a tea room with terrace. Quality fresh snacks are also on sale. Ice cream sundaes are in great demand, with a choice of 25 flavors to delight gourmands. You can also try "L'étoile du délice".
