In the main courtyard of the Hôtel-Dieu, come and attend the gathering of the brotherhoods in ceremonial dress who will bless the truffles in the Provençal language. And on the Parvis of the tourist office, from 8:30 to 12:00 at the truffle market, you can buy some. It is certainly a little expensive but so good, truffles will enhance your dishes (pasta, vegetables...). At 9:30 am, don't miss the free tasting of a giant truffle brouillade! A speciality of the region that we will not deprive ourselves of.
