Les Palmiers is renowned for its good atmosphere and cheerful service. This café-brasserie is one of the oldest in the city. It opened its doors in 1903. Located in the heart of Carpentras, opposite the Palais de Justice, Les Palmiers is both a brasserie and a rum cellar (the city's first!). Whether inside or out on the terrace, you're invited to enjoy fresh, authentic cuisine representing the flavors of the Vaucluse region. All dishes are prepared with seasonal produce from local producers. The menu features a whole range of inventive, carefully-crafted dishes designed to satisfy a wide range of tastes, and the restaurant now also offers a wide selection of rums and tapas to be enjoyed alone or with friends from 6pm onwards. The perfect address for a tasty and convivial break!
