L'Hibiscus is the restaurant of Hôtel Safari. It is a little away from downtown and definitively fashionable. The rooms are brighly decorated, the seats are comfortable, the tables intimate. And on the plate, it is as beautiful as delicious. The chef works with seasonal ingredients with recipes of the South. Of course, you will find truffles of Carpentras, the Mont Ventoux's pork, the lamb of the plain and the strawberries of the surrounding areas.
