Oenologist and wine grower family, Gilles elaborates a small but very qualitative production of côtes-du-ventoux. It is a local wine that cannot be kept and can be enjoyed in the summer months. The white wine surprises by its floral aromas, the rosé elaborated in direct pressing, with a pretty orange pink colour and a nice freshness, opens on a nice bouquet of fruity notes. The red Ventoux is rich in the mouth and reveals pleasant spicy aromas. The Vin de Pays 100% Viognier, very pleasant. 1928. It's not the altitude of our Giant of Provence, but the date of creation of the Saint-Marc winery. The vines flourish at the foot of the Ventoux, which has given this terroir its distinctive character.
