The furniture and its teak chairs play the card of elegance. The room is more classic and just as pleasant. The menu follows the mood of the chef installed in 2016. You will discover a pan-fried foie gras escalope as an appetizer, then you can have poached turbot fillet swimming in shellfish or pork cheek stew, country garnish, mashed potatoes in olive oil.
