Domaine de la Gayère is a winery located in Cairanne. Founded in 1902, it has a long family history and is now run by Christèle Plantevin. The domaine's vines flourish on a terroir of garrigue, which lends power and complexity to the wines produced. The grape varieties used for the red wines are Grenache, Carignan, Mourvèdre and Syrah, while the white wines are made from Clairette blanche and Bourboulenc. The estate attaches great importance to the quality of the harvest, making decisions such as pruning, trellising, disbudding and green harvesting to limit yields. Domaine de la Gayère wines are available from our partner wine merchants or directly from the estate.
