Everything is made in the region, artisanal, even the syrups made in Mane in the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence. Depending on the season, you can be tempted by pretty chocolate creations: handbags, pumps, eggs and chickens at Easter. Karine is at your service, in winter she will offer you a coffee and an orangette if outside the weather is crazy.

The Bonnieux winery celebrates its 100th anniversary in 2020. It is the oldest cellar in the department. Located in the heart of the Luberon Regional Park, the Bonnieux wine cellar has the particularity of being able to offer two different appellations: the AOP Luberon and the AOP Ventoux, wines from different terroirs with very specific personalities.
It should be noted that, for many years now, this winery has been particularly involved in the path of ecology. Indeed, in 1996, it acquired an autonomous station that treats the wine effluents in order to avoid discharging any pollutants into the environment. This concern for the preservation of the environment is also shared by all the members who are committed to a reasoned management of their crops.

Winery

Château les Eydins is an 18-hectare wine estate, run by Serge Seignon since 1999. Winegrower for 4 generations, he has taken up the torch. Passionate about nature, he decided to apply for organic certification of his vineyard in 2000. In the cellar, rough concrete vats allow the red wines to be vinified in the traditional way, favouring their maturation by regulating temperatures and extracting aromas. Some vintages are then matured in barrels of 2 to 5 wines in the cellar to round out the tannins.
