Château les Eydins is a winery located in Bonnieux. It offers a wide selection of organic wines, certified by Véritas. Visitors can discover all types of wine, from reds to whites to rosés. Among the wines on offer are Petitou 2022, Fontêtes 2018, Ouvière 2019, Cuvée des Consuls 2019 and K À Part 2020. It's important to remember that alcohol should be consumed in moderation.

Château les Eydins is an 18-hectare wine estate, run by Serge Seignon since 1999. Winegrower for 4 generations, he has taken up the torch. Passionate about nature, he decided to apply for organic certification of his vineyard in 2000. In the cellar, rough concrete vats allow the red wines to be vinified in the traditional way, favouring their maturation by regulating temperatures and extracting aromas. Some vintages are then matured in barrels of 2 to 5 wines in the cellar to round out the tannins.

Since the 1970s, Jean-Pierre Margan, a pioneer of organic farming, has been pampering his vines, situated on an exceptional terroir, and making wines of character and high quality. We come to Château la Canorgue for the pleasure of the eyes. The building bewitches you with its charm, its simplicity, its fountains guarded by Neptune and his dolphins, the small chapel, the majestic terrace. We like the red, which is quite tannic and goes well with a shoulder of lamb, the white has hints of citrus and exotic fruits.
