Initiated by the Chamber of Trades and Crafts of the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region, Route des Arts et Gourmandises invites you to discover the best addresses in Provence through the passionate artisans know-how. As local traditions and innovations bearers, these men and women, ambassadors of the living heritage of Provence, open the doors of their workshops for a moment of sharing. These artisans, working materials such as wood, metal, glass, textile and leather, and these food professionals (pastry chefs, ice-cream makers, bakers, chocolate makers, spirit merchants, nougat makers, caterers, butchers, pork butchers…) will gladly welcome you all year round. Nine itineraries are offered, from Avignon to the south of the Luberon, from Aix to the Alpilles via Pays de l'Aubagne and Mont Ventoux.
