Hotel for lovers of peace and quiet in a quiet alley 10 minutes from the Palais des Papes in Avignon, lovely garden.
Here's a good address on the outskirts of the city center, with the advantage of easy street parking. It's a bourgeois house with cachet and a soul that will appeal to lovers of tranquillity. Bucolic as can be, with its flower-filled garden, the spacious rooms are all different, with nothing standardized and functional bathrooms with shower or bathtub. If you're bringing your pet, the ground-floor rooms have a small garden terrace. Breakfast is served under the trellis.

Zona tranquilla, facile trovare posto gratuito per auto, a 15 minuti dal palazzo dei papi, colazione completa a 11 euro in ampia fascia oraria (croissant plumcake marmellate yogurt frutta cioccolata, ecc; prosciutto, camambert, pane, ecc.), proprietario gentile e disponibile

A charming small quiet hotel for a realistic price, but bathroom needs some updating. One fact: it's location is at least a 20 minute walk from the Popes' Palace. It's an "easy" walk but not if you have any mobility issues.
