Aurélie and Jonathan travelled extensively, notably in Canada, before settling here in 2022. Their motto in the kitchen is to make the most of the finest produce - fish, meat and vegetables - sourced locally, in creative seasonal recipes. Provence flirts with the spices of the world in beautiful plates, from starter to dessert; everything is there to please the palate and the eye: flavors, textures and colors. Plats jolis dans l'assiette mais sans saveur ... et c'est bien dommage quand on voit la provenance des produits. On attend le petit coup de pep's. Les assiettes ont des quantités de moineaux ... pour 50 euros par personne on s'attendait à ne avoir pas faim en sortant de table et pour nous ne sommes pas des gros mangeurs. Vraiment déçus.

Un lieu convivial, le sens du détail, les plats sont raffinés et chaque semaine la carte change, ce qui est un vrai plus. La meilleure adresse d'Avignon pour ma part :)
