Restaurant with a terrace for a cuisine full of flavors of the market and seasonal products.

Go to Le 26 of this busy street where restaurants lay out their facade as a terrace. It's a family business, a women business even, they're 3: mother, daughter and daughter-in-law, one in the kitchen and the 2 others welcome with a smile! The cuisine that you enjoy has all the market flavours and seasonal products. There's no frozen products! The menu changes every 15 days, with 3 starters, 3 main courses and 3 desserts, it's the assurance of only having fresh products in the plate. Here are some suggestions: asparagus cream soup, fine pie and ricotta, tagine-style chicken, sea bream with dill and lemon and meringue pie. Wines are from the region and at very reasonable prices. The setting is nice, obviously we enjoy the terrace soon at the first sun ray, a room upstairs can be privatized if necessary. Good note also for the table carefully wrapped with ironed tablecloths! And there's no paper service, it's so much more pleasant!

Entered here as it was one of the only places open and not empty on a Monday evening. White house wine was surprisingly good. Food was uninspired, one can find much better in Avignon for that price. Decor was a tad kitchy, but not in a good way. Seemed to cater mostly for tourists.
