A beautiful terrace and an interior room without fuss to sit down with succulent dishes with an excellent quality/price ratio.
Pizzeria above all, Le Pili is ideally located. You can sit on the terrace facing the fountain of Place des Corps-Saints on fine days, in the first indoor room without fuss, in the second at the back if you arrive in group, a garden which opens onto the children's games of the Perdiguier square. The reception is smiling and cheerful. In winter, in summer, in weekdays, during weekend, Le Pili is always full. Attendance due, without any doubt, to a fast service as well as to the excellent quality/price ratio of its dishes, and notably mixed salads which are enough to have a meal and especially its pizzas cooked over a wood fire (one of the two restaurants in Avignon with a pizza oven) and whose ingredients are fresh produce. It is a good canteen of lunchtime.
The linguine with salmon was perfectly cooked and a delight after a long day traveling.
We returned two days later and tried the pizza (thin crust La Reine) which was huge and perfect, and also the Dorade fish and vegetables, again perfectly cooked and presented.
I would really recommend this place, friendly and unpretentious.
Les pizzes molt bones i el servei molt amable. Molt recomanable
