The market determines the formulas and menus of Gérald Azoulay, a demanding chef who draws his inspiration from Provence, his native land, and also from Peru, the homeland of his wife Patricia. An invitation to travel to Perouvence, a land of subtle, refined flavors, of the unexpected when spices flirt with local vegetables, fish and meat. The service is attentive, the setting Belle Époque.

We have just arrived in the region to settle down. Friends recommended this unusual restaurant to us with cuisine between Provence and Peru. An unforgettable experience in a fabulous setting. There are only a few tables for a few customers who are lucky enough to be greeted by the chef's wife who is as charming as she is professional. Being welcomed and served with a smile is becoming an increasingly rare thing today, and here we felt good. The dinner was wonderful from start to finish. A very mastered and tasty cuisine with surprising flavors. We discovered many products that we did not know, all presented and explained by the chef's wife. Thanks to our friends, we discovered a really good gourmet restaurant and we will come back and introduce it in our turn !
