Hiély-Lucullus is an excellent but somewhat confidential restaurant: the entrance is on Avignon's main thoroughfare, but the restaurant is upstairs. The market determines the formulas and menus of Gérald Azoulay, a demanding chef who draws his inspiration from Provence, his native land, and also from Peru, the homeland of his wife Patricia. An invitation to travel to Perouvence, a land of subtle, refined flavors, of the unexpected when spices flirt with local vegetables, fish and meat. Excellent du début à la fin. Une decouverte sans cesse, qui fait voyager entre la Provence et le Pérou. Le meilleur de ces deux cuisines, des plats recherchés, raffinés, un sans faute.
La qualité de la cuisine, l’accueil, le cadre, font passer un superbe moment.
Un rapport qualité prix, une expérience digne d’une étoile.
