Mathias Théric works in the family tradition, in the old-fashioned way: his wines are made from grapes harvested and sorted by hand, but his taste for independence and his desire to make subtle and astonishing vintages are worth the detour! Just up there, a few metres from the family estate, he has created a cellar to welcome wine lovers. This is where you can taste his wines.
