In addition to its comfortable rooms, this rather rustic hotel offers an excellent restaurant run by chef Pascal Bertet, who prepares gourmet cuisine based on fresh seasonal produce, with several menus to choose from, including the famous "relais" menu: salmon marinated in ash, fillet of bass with fennel compote, or pan-fried fillet of beef with shallots and jus corsé. A fine list of regional wines. A good place to eat and a friendly hotel well placed to visit the village and enjoy the region with ease.
