This hotel-restaurant is renowned for its wooded grounds, its terrace shaded by plane mulberry trees, its panoramic views over the surrounding countryside, not to mention its refined, air-conditioned rooms. New features include a heated indoor pool with counter-current swimming, a whirlpool, a massage cabin and a new 100 m² extension to the restaurant, l'Orangeraie. Mon épouse et moi avons passé une nuit très agréable dans une chambre prestige très confortable et propre ... même si effectivement la décoration est un peu datée. L' environnement piscine et spa est très bien. Le diner était servi par un personnel très courtois et décontracté. Si la restauration n'est pas inoubliable, il en est autrement d'un nouveau dessert incorporant de l'huile d'olive qui est exceptionnel et qui vaut un 18/20. Le petit déjeuner est très complet .Le personnel de l'accueil a été parfait.

Un magnifique endroit plein de charme, parfaitement équipé pour toutes sortes d'activités, et à proximité immédiate du centre de Tourtour.
Séjour très reposant et dépaysant pour fêter un anniversaire, nous reviendrons !

A Memorable Stay at a Charming Chateau with Amazing Views!
Our stay at this beautiful chateau was truly unforgettable. The hotel is located in a peaceful spot with breathtaking views, surrounded by spacious gardens and a forest, creating a perfect atmosphere for relaxation. We enjoyed the swimming pool, minigolf, and a wonderful SPA. We really appreciated the complimentary charging for our electric car, which is a great bonus these days. Our room was spacious with a stunning view of Provence. The staff were incredibly helpful and pleasant throughout our stay. The only slight blemish was dinner: the steak wasn't perfectly prepared, and unfortunately, we weren't the only ones who had to send it back. Despite this minor hiccup, we were extremely satisfied and can highly recommend this amazing hotel!

I stayed at Bastide de Tourtour in late May for two nights.
The hotel is situated in an elevated position with spectacular views over the surrounding countryside, with nice grounds and terraced areas and it is just a short walk from the centre of the pretty village.
The Bastide is a nice building and the west facing entrance elevation is particularly attractive.
The staff are professional, efficient and friendly.
My room was quite small, but I was aware of that when I booked, but for this solo road trip, I was happy with that.
I only ate dinner at the hotel restaurant on one evening and the menu is limited with I think, two courses to choose from.
I would describe the restaurant food as kitchen cooking rather than restaurant or gastronomic cuisine. However, when travelling, I am personally happy of some plain cooking on some evenings as I do not wish to eat gastronomic every day and prefer to alternate when I am away.
There is the option of several alternative places to eat within the village.
Breakfast is excellent, along with attentive staff.
Taking a relaxed early breakfast under the canopy on the terrace was a real treat and a memorable part of my stay at this nice friendly hotel.

mais c'est sans compter sur l'accueil plus que moyen, le fait de devoir payer l'ensemble des nuits au préalable... première fois ! et des remontrances absolument pas justifiées sur le branchement d'une voiture qui n'était pas la notre sur un ton au combien désagréable pour un hotel 4* !!!
les repas du restaurant franchement pas à la hauteur, sans compter les vins... pas du tout à la hauteur ni du service, qui n'en a que le nom (et qui n'en est pas.)
A noter que certains employé(e)s ton ete cependant à la hauteur... ouf !
Je ne noterai evidemment pas la décoration qui ne regarde que moi, mais qui meriterai un bon coup de jeune !
En gros : ca ne vaut pas le prix. pour diner, préférez un restaurant sur tourtour, plus abordable, mieux servi et de bien meilleur gout !
