Castle in Tourrettes, replica of the cadet school in St. Petersburg and restored in 1970, worth a look from the outside

Born in Tourrettes, General Alexander Fabre, one of the first polytechnicians of France, sent by Napoleon to the Tsar Alexander I to trace the routes of the Russian Empire, built the castle on his return, faithful replica of the cadet school of Saint Petersburg. Somewhat fallen into ruins, was restored in 1970, it is sold in apartments. The impressive and original building cannot be visited.
