Restaurant with terrace in Sainte-Maxime preparing creative and home-made dishes with fresh products
Owners Claire and Patrick Derobert have preserved the restaurant's identity, the one that made its reputation. The old pasta-themed advertising posters are still there, as are the soft cushions on the shady terrace. In this cosy, warm and family-friendly setting, the watchword is homemade. Here, everything is made on the spot, the produce is fresh, the dishes are cooked à la minute, and the chef likes to renew the starters and dishes of the day, such as pan-fried octopus with chorizo, and ravioli niçois au jus de daube.

Très bonne cuisine, produits frais, service parfait, très sympathique. Nous reviendrons lors de notre prochain séjour.
Nous avons dîné hier soir dans ce petit restaurant : un accueil super, des serveuses très sympathiques (et un serveur adORable )… sans oublier bien évidemment la cuisine locale et familiale à la « bonne franquette » si je puis dire : tout ce que j’aime !!! :)
Nous avons passé un moment exquis.
Ne changez rien surtout : de l’entrée au dessert, un sans faute…une soirée réussie pour nos papilles !!
C’est décidé, nous reviendrons !
