For the third year, Michelin-starred chef Philippe Colinet will dazzle you with his contemporary cuisine, subtle and refined, very plant-based, with aesthetic arrangements, prepared only with fresh and seasonal products, oysters, octopus, red mullet, pigeon, suckling pig, vegetables from the local market gardener Yann, citrus fruits, chocolate. At the time of our visit (July 2023) they had 1 Michelin star. We ordered 7 course meal (also, one guest had 6 course vegetarian meal) . Outstanding taste and presentation! I read other guests’ complains that service was slow and asked the staff to speed up our service a bit because we had to drive back to Nice - and they absolutely accommodated us! Our server was excellent, which was just as important as food itself.
They also have free valet parking
