This large villa with a garden planted with trees and flowers is located in the town center, 15 minutes' walk from sandy beaches and all commercial, sporting and cultural activities. No need for a car! Pick-up at Saint-Raphaël TGV station or shuttle bus from Nice airport. Afterwards, everything can be done on foot or by public transport (bus, train, boat). The table d'hôtes offers organic regional specialties, washed down with wines from local estates, also organic. Gourmet platters and picnic baskets are also available on request.

Mes amies de la région parisienne ont passées un excellent week-end au Clos des Vignes, elles ont été accueillis par leur hôte Martine chaleureusement, elles ont été conquises par le jardin très bien entretenu et c'est un Havre de paix après la vie parisienne. Les chambres sont de goût et très propres.
Petit déjeuner consistant et fait maison.
Elles ont été ravis et elles reviendront surtout que c'est à 10 mn du centre ville.

Une arnaque incroyable, des locations à des prix de bord de mer et encore ????
Cette dame veut du fric, du fric.
Des 50m2 à l'année caché derrière une grande haie, des chambres de 9m2 maxi, pas de box, pas de garage.
A voir l'état ????
Un appartement pour des gens recherchés ????????????1250€/mois à 15 mn de la mer en voiture ????

Le couple en gère l'emplacement est fort sympathique, hormis la décoration qui est vieillotte et la chambre un peu petite le reste y est très correct. C'est suffisamment propre. Le petit déjeuner y est correct, bref je ne comprend pas les avis si négatifs!
