Since they met over ten years ago, they've never left each other's side. Audrey and Nicolas share the same values in the kitchen: a strong emphasis on local produce and respect for seasonality. There's no menu here, just a gourmet bistronomic menu that evolves according to these three aspects. We loved the scallops snacked on garlic butter and Jerusalem artichokes in two different ways. The menu changes every month. Simply delicious and locavore.

La truffe noire dont c’est pourtant la pleine saison notamment manque cruellement de goût et de consistance. Quant aux plats ils sont bons mais sans réel effet wow que l’on recherche lorsque l’addition est à ce niveau .
