CHATEAU D'AZUR
This vineyard, located in the heart of the Bandol appellation, near the sea, was created in 1990 by Paul and Hélène Charavel. Since 2018, the young winemaker Arthur Bertrand has been biching culture (size in cup, sparkling, few treatments, manual harvesting) and vinification (fermentation at low temperature, direct pneumatic pressure). Rosé, fresh, fruity and greedy wines represent more than half of the Château d 'Azur's production. The garden The garden of the sun, rosé, is wide with plenty of volume and fat.
