Château de l'Aumérade is the largest of the Fabre-Grimaldi family's 6 estates, and one of the most famous in Provence. Its vineyards, located in the Pierrefeu du Var terroir, extend over 330 ha, 80 of which bear the prestigious title of Crus classés. The Cuvée Marie-Christine rosé, a true icon of the house, is presented in a unique bottle designed by Charlotte Fabre in 1956 and modernized in 2019 by her great-granddaughter. Opening time and information on CHÂTEAU DE L’AUMÉRADE
Store open Tuesday to Saturday (except public holidays). Winter 8:30am to 12:30pm/13:30pm to 5:30pm, Spring and Autumn: 8:30am to 12:30pm/14:00pm to 6:00pm, July and August: 8:30am to 12:30pm/14:00pm to 7:00pm. Saturdays without interruption from 9:30 am. Parking available. Visits to historic gardens and winery by appointment (excluding harvest and vinification for the winery). Exhibition of santons. Parking lot. Facilities for the hearing and visually impaired. Reception in English and Czech.

En 1994, le Château ouvrait les portes d’un remarquable musée du santon, fruit de la passion d’Henri Fabre Junior. Cette collection privée exceptionnelle propose la découverte de quelques 1 800 santons, du XVIIIème siècle à nos jours.
Le pavillon Sully, somptueuse salle de réception, permet d’accueillir jusqu’à 200 convives pour les séminaires, réunions d’entreprises, mariages ou autres réceptions privées.
La boutique et l’exposition de santons ouvertes du lundi au samedi (sauf dimanches et jours féries)
