This waterfront restaurant is a must for seafood lovers, specializing in bouillabaisse.
A must for seafood lovers, facing the beach at Saint-Clair. Since 1963, fisherman-restaurateur Raymond Viale's restaurant has built up a loyal clientele of regulars, all devoted to his bouillabaisse du pêcheur, served in a cork-oak faouque as in the old days, his bourride, his famous stuffed capon, and all his other wood-grilled fish specialties. We love the supions! A fine, authentic address and an institution for bouillabaisse lovers. Reservations required.
