Dimitri and Jonathan, two brothers of Lyonnais origin who have spent time in England and on the island of Saint-Martin, are a family affair. The two of them treat us to a cuisine offering excellent value for money, with a relaxed welcome. Inside: a stone-vaulted dining room and two terraces (one of which is smoking) to make the most of the mild Var climate. The dishes rival each other in imagination and freshness, with regularly renewed vegetarian and gluten-free offerings. What a delight!

Chouillat déçu quand mon saumon gravlax était une salade de saumon fumé.
Edit: je veux dire que j'ai commandé en entrée un saumon gravlax et que ca avait le goût et la texture du saumon fumé. C'est le cas du gravlax en général? Du reste on n a pas passé un mauvais moment.
Je n'ai aucune part dans cette affaire mais je tiens à témoigner de ma révolte lors je lis les commentaires aussi extremistes de certaines personnes. On parle de travail, de boulot, de taf (pour ceux qui ne savent pas ce que c'est) Comment peut-on avoir aussi peu d'indulgence et de respect vis à vis du travail d'autrui ? Ou bien c'est un ça balle ? Je comprendrais mieux !
