We entered the hotel with no one to greet us (no valley parking, deserted lobby without 1 single staff) or lead us to the restaurants. We found our way and at the restaurant, we were guided to our table where we waited 10mn before someone came to offer us water, drinks and provide menues. Service was totally poor (we ordered a bottle of champagne and no one provided service to fill our glasses - which we did ourselves through the meal), meals arrived late, black angus was impossible to chew… we decided to leave before the end of the set menue (we skipped desert) as it was taking too long (over 15mn of wait between different plates in set menue).
This restaurant shows how Michelin is loosing credibility by awarding stars to non deserving locations (and removing stars to some of the best restaurant in the world like Guy Savoy)
