A good address in Hyères offering Mediterranean cuisine, meats, poultry and squab
Nadège and Pascal Bonamy's establishment celebrated its 35th anniversary in 2022 but it has not aged a bit! The decor is trendy with soft and harmonious colors, in gray and ivory tones, associated with materials in the air of time. As for Pascal Bonamy's cuisine, with the Mediterranean in the background, it hums: sea bream carpaccio with lime and pink berries; roasted prawns, curry-coconut cream; strawberry pavlova and light lemongrass cream... Since the health crisis, part of the menu is also available to take away.

Une renommée méritée !
Nous avons fait cette belle découverte grâce à Franck notre hôte du Domaine de l'Aufrene.
Décor apaisant et sobre, nous avons beaucoup apprécié le menu Soleil qui constitue le meilleur rapport qualité/prix qui soit.
Tous nos plats étaient délicieux avec une présentation soignée et esthétique.
C'était beaucoup pour nous qui d'habitude d'un dîner très léger le soir, mais après une journée de voyage c'était réconfortant de faire bonne chère.
C'est une halte à ne pas manquer pour ceux qui visitent la région.
Le service était efficace et attentif.
