The Matton-Farnet family wine estate includes an authentic 18th-century Provencal property, a chapel and a Napoleon III building. Château Minuty is surrounded by 60 ha of schistose limestone soils, complemented by 80 ha in Vidauban and 20 ha on the Valderian hillsides in Ramatuelle. 4 ranges, in 3 colors, are offered, including "Or", the Minuty emblem. For the 2025 edition of Minuty M, the domaine called on Australian artist Elliott Routledge to redesign this iconic cuvée.
