In the heart of the Défens forest in Garéoult, the Bergerie du Défens promotes a farming method in perfect harmony with its environment. Since 2007, Vincent Hermier has been raising more than 100 goats in an environmentally-friendly pastoral environment. The goats roam freely in the Défens forest, feeding on the local flora, which gives the milk and cheeses their great taste. The herd produces fresh, mature cheeses with olive oil and herbs. You'll be won over by the quality and flavor of these products.
