For the last four generations, the Ollivier family continues to exploit the vine in reasoned agriculture, a passion that is rare in Fréjus. Several vintages are developed in the three colours in PDO Côtes de Provence and PGI, as well as sparkling wine in traditional method. The vineyard, which is very fragmented, consists of 4 plots, where the different varieties find their place according to the characteristics of the soils. A large part is planted with old varieties (50 years), cinsault, cabernet, white ugni and younger varieties (years), Rolle, caladoc and tibouren. A new plantation of clairette complete the range.
