An orthodox monastery in the heart of the Provençal scrubland, housing a Byzantine style church with magnificent frescoes.

Set up for 30 years in the heart of the Provencal garrigue, this orthodox monastery, built near a pond, houses a Byzantine style church. The magnificent interior frescoes will take you on a journey to Eastern Europe. They were created by iconographer Vadim Garine and are worth a visit. The place is full of solemnity. Since 2015, the parish of Saint-Michel du Var has been added. Small hostelry for about twenty people.

Open all year round. Visits of the church and the monastery, from Tuesday to Sunday from 9:30 am to 11 am and from 2:30 pm to 5 pm (except on Sunday morning). Parking lot. Store. Animals are not allowed.

Lieu calme et paisible. Une promenade spirituelle, la visite du monastère qui est incroyable avec les peintures du sol au plafond joliement coloré. Nous y sommes allés autour de la période de Noël, une belle crèche était exposée. Les dépendances, le petit cimetière et l enclos ou gambade un cochon, tout est là.
