The three Kouros brothers, originally from Greece, have been creating cuisine that respects the terroir, the produce, the seasons and the customer since 1991. Menus that are renewed almost daily, a mastery of cooking and accompaniments, creativity, all enhanced by smiling, rigorous service. From the express menu to the market specials, you'll be peacefully guided by the chef's choices. The siblings also run L'Hôtellerie Kouros, an 11-room hotel with a seminar room and "Le Bistrot K" restaurant.
