Les Salines is a well-known local store in Aups, but has also recently opened a boutique in the heart of Cotignac. Taking over the premises of the Ruchers du Bessillon store, you'll still find their honeys here, all varieties, from Lavender honey to garrigue honey. Gervasoni d'Aups oils are also on sale here, in various formats, as are a number of cosmetic products from Provencal brands such as Durance. An ideal place for gifts. Quai Sud de Signes arranged rums are also available.
