This establishment of character has been run for five decades by the Borello family, the first innkeepers and restaurateurs of Collobrières. Quiet and friendly, it has a large dining room and a shaded terrace. In the kitchen, Sébastien prepares tasty local dishes with Provencal accents. On the night side, the 15 rooms spread over two levels are modern and comfortable. Two steps away, the guest rooms with rooftop pool. Magnificent.
