Old communal oil mill in Callas proposing a visit to discover all the material used for the production of oil.

Restored in 2008, this former communal mill retraces the history and techniques of olive growing. Built in the 18th century, it became communal in 1932, before ceasing its activity following the terrible freeze of the olive trees in Provence during the winter of 1956. The visit of the mill allows you to discover all the equipment, the bucket wheel, the presses installed in their ashlar chapels, the wooden gears, the stone millstone, the boiler and the cellars.
