Mais quelle déception au niveau des plats… je m’attendais à me régaler, depuis le temps que je voulais tester ce restaurant…
Les gnocchis aux cèpes n’étaient pas bons : un goût farineux, cuisson hétérogène, la sauce ressemblait davantage à un sirop, le goût était fade et insipide. Aucun intérêt.
La présentation des plats est inexistante.
Une sensation de « cheap » : grande San Pellegrino dans des bouteilles en plastique, vinaigrette industrielle…
Vous avez une pépite entre les mains. Vous pourriez sincèrement faire quelque chose de sublime, réputé, incontournable. Vous avez choisi de faire du « moyen/bas de gamme ». C’est d’un gâchis sans nom…
Je suis du village, je ne reviendrai malheureusement pas.
